Telemedicine visits with Dr. Takenishi are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance – there are no “drop-in” appointments available.

Telemedicine visits are done using a secure Zoom connection. You can connect with us using the Zoom app on any computer, phone, or tablet. Your device will need to have a camera, microphone, and speaker to use this service.

How to Start Your Appointment Using a Web Browser

1. Click on the hyperlink for Dr. Greg Takenishi:
   https://us06web.zoom.us/j/4789324442
2. Or you can open a new browser and type in the link above.
3. Click on “OPEN” link in the pop-up box.
4. If the pop-up box does not open initially, click on the blue link labeled “Launch Meeting”.
   (The following image will appear on your screen)
5. If you are asked, click “Join with Video.”
   • If you have a webcam, your computer may ask permission to use it, please click accept
6. My office staff will greet you when they are ready. We are seeing patients and will admit you as soon as possible.
7. You will be admitted to the meeting and then placed into a breakout room.
8. Dr. Takenishi will then join you for your appointment.
9. When admitted, choose “Join with Audio.”
   • Your computer may ask permission to use your microphone or computer audio, please accept.
10. You are now ready for your appointment.
11. Thank you for your patience. We will make every effort to see at your scheduled appointment time.

1. Download the Zoom App from your provider
2. Open the Zoom App
3. Press the “Join a Meeting” link in blue.
4. Enter in the Meeting ID: 478 932 4442 (no passcode required)
5. If asked, please choose “Join with Video”
6. The following image will show on your phone.
